What products can be embossed?
You can emboss select handbags, belts and small leather goods from the current collection. Please bring a valid proof of purchase issued by a Ferragamo boutique or online, so that we may confirm that the item can be embossed.
Can I request a product to be embossed online?
Embossing is not currently available online. We invite you to visit the following boutiques for our embossing services: New York Fifth Avenue; Chicago; Beverly Hills; Bal Harbour; Wynn Las Vegas.
How long does embossing take?
Embossing is typically completed the same day but may take up to 1 week.
Can I return an item that has been personalized?
No – all personalized items are final sale and cannot be canceled, modified nor returned.
How much does the embossing cost?
Embossing service is complimentary.
Can I bring old items to be embossed?
We currently offer embossing for a limited selection of products, purchased within 30 days.
