Free and Easy Returns


All orders come with a pre-paid return shipping label. Customers may return full-priced product within 30 days from the receipt of the order as long as the merchandise is in its unused, original condition. Sale merchandise and timepieces must be returned within 10 days from date of delivery. Timepieces must be accompanied with their original warranty booklet. Made-to-order items, fine jewelry, and opened fragrances are Final Sale only.

When placing an order, your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance.


The full transaction value will be charged after we have verified your payment details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability. Made-to-Order items will be charged at the time the order is placed.

Gift wrapping is available if you select "This order is a gift" at checkout. The items in your order will be delivered with our signature Ferragamo box with a ribbon. You may add a personalised message to the recipient before finishing your order.
