Simply select the pieces you would like to try on and choose a 1 hour delivery slot (10am-10pm, 7 days a week).
Try on your chosen pieces along with the rest of your wardrobe. Enjoy a convenient to-the-door service, or opt for an elevated through-the-door experience.
After 40 minutes, your Style Concierge will take payment for anything you wish to keep and take the rest away hassle-free.

Our ‘At home shopping experience’ currently serves Greater London (all 32 boroughs) and will pop up on your check out cart if you are browsing our UK website.
How can I reserve my ‘At home shopping experience’?
Add as many items as you wish to your bag. Once you’re happy with your selection, click on the ‘Try at home’ button and enter your delivery details. Select your preferred appointment date and time and confirm it. No payment or credit card information is requested to book this service. You will buy the items you love directly at your home through a mobile link.
How much does the service cost?
The service is free.
How do I pay?
Once you’ve found and tried your perfect pieces at home, your Style Concierge will take payment by card (Amex accepted). Your Style Concierge will return anything you don’t wish to keep on your behalf.
Is there any obligation to buy?
No. We help you find and keep only the pieces you love, while making it easier to return the pieces you don’t — saving you time and effort. There are no hidden or additional charges, nor an obligation to buy.
How many items can I receive at home?
We encourage you to try as many pieces as you’d like and take two sizes if you are unsure of fit. Some of the items you select may take a little longer to arrive, your Style Concierge will get in touch with you if that is the case and help you select the ones that can arrive within your selected slot.
You will be able to select all the collections items that are not on sale.
Who brings my Salvatore Ferragamo pieces?
We partner with Harper Concierge to offer you the highest level of service for your area. One of Harper’s Style Concierge’s will arrive within your selected hour along with the pieces you selected.
How long do I have to try on?
Whether you are trying on the pieces by yourself, while your Style Concierge waits outside or you opt for styling assistance, you will have about 40 minutes to find your perfect Salvatore Ferragamo products.
What is styling assistance?
If you feel you might need a second opinion or fit assistance remove the selection for the ‘Contact-free You Try, We Wait box option on the appointment confirmation page and your Style Concierge will be happy to help.
What happens if I choose not to receive styling assistance?
Prefer to try on the pieces by yourself? No problem. Your Style Concierge will simply deliver your pieces and return after 40 minutes, leaving you to try them on in comfort and privacy. Once you have selected your products, your Style Concierge will take the payment for the pieces you wish to purchase and take away the pieces you didn’t like.
