Fragrance orders will be shipped using Standard delivery only. Fragrances and products belonging to other categories can not be included in the same shopping cart. We suggest you place separate orders to proceed with purchase.

Free Returns


You can return any item within 14 days from the receipt of the order, activating online your Return request and using the pre-paid shipping label included in the package. More information available in our FAQ page

Make sure the merchandise you return is in its original condition, tags and packaging included, shoes soles must not show signs of wear. Fragrances are final sales and cannot be returned.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Klarna.

If you choose PayPal as payment method, the shipping address of your order must be the one of your Paypal account and cannot be modified.

Klarna allows you to split your purchase in 3 payments without interests. These payments will be automatically withdrawn from your credit or debit card every 30 days until the full amount has been paid. Gift wrapping is available if you select "This order is a gift" at checkout. The items in your order will be delivered with our signature Ferragamo box with a ribbon. You may add a personalised message to the recipient before finishing your order.
