What payment methods are accepted?

I've already paid for the order but it hasn't been shipped yet.

Standard orders and pre-orders are debited only at the time of shipment. You may see an authorization on your account, but we do not collect payment until the product has been shipped. Made-to-Order products require payment in advance and you will be debited at the time of order placement.

I've cancelled the order but I haven't received my credit

If the order has never been shipped and you cancelled it before shipping, the amount has not been debited to your credit card but only authorised by your bank. No debit has been made as the products are charged only at the time of shipment.


Is it possible to order by phone or by e-mail?

In order to protect your privacy, orders cannot be placed by email. If you have any questions during the checkout process, please contact Customer Service at 866-FERRAGAMO to assist you through the process.

Can I place an order as a gift for someone?

Yes, it is possible to order as a gift for someone else and include a personalised message. The recipient of your gift will not receive the invoice.

I've seen a product which is out of stock. Will it arrive in future?

Can I exchange a product?

We are unable to process exchanges at this time. You may return for a full refund and place a new order.

I'd like to cancel /modify my order.

Please contact Customer Service for any cancellation/modification requests as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate any modifications to orders, however, we are unable to fulfill your request if order has already been processed and packed.

Can I place the order in the name of my company?

No, we do not issue invoices to companies as the orders are for final customers only. You may use your company address for delivery.

Is it possible to get a Tax Free refund for purchases on the website?

No, it is not possible to request Tax Free for products shipped within countries sharing the same customs regulations.


How does Ferragamo fit?

Ferragamo uses American shoe sizes. The corresponding sizes for other countries are shown on the product page when you place your order.

What does the width fitting mean?

Ferragamo supplies several widths for each size ensuring perfect fit. Please refer to the size guide on the website.


To which countries do you ship?

At this time, Ferragamo only delivers within Canada. In addition, Ferragamo will not process an order where a P.O. box, Freight Forwarder or APO/FPO is given as the delivery address.

Which forwarder will deliver my order?

Orders will be shipped using FedEx delivery service.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard Delivery orders should arrive approximately 5-7 business days after order has shipped. Expedited Delivery orders should arrive approximately 2 business days after order has shipped. Overnight Delivery orders should arrive next business day. Expedited and Overnight orders must be placed by 12pm EST. Please allow 1-2 days for processing before order ships.

How much does standard delivery cost and how much does express delivery cost?

Standard delivery is complimentary for all ground orders. Two-Day delivery is $25. Next Day delivery is $35. All perfume orders must ship ground.

How can I track my order /shipment?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

I'd like to change the shipping address on my order.

We will try our best to accommodate your request if your order has not already been packed. Please note that we can only make slight changes to the shipment address. The zip/postal code must remain the same. Please contact Customer Service for further information.


How much time do I have to return a product?

Returns of regular priced product must be received by Ferragamo within 30 days from delivery date. Returns of Sale/Clearance product, Timepieces, and Fine Jewelry must be received by Ferragamo within 10 days from date of delivery. Please note, opened fragrances and made-to-order products are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

How can I return a product?

Returns are easy and free. Every order includes a prepaid return shipping label. Please use this label and include the return form when returning your order.

How will my return product be credited?

The amount will be credited to the same credit card account used for the original purchase once the return is received and checked. Any shipping charges will be excluded from the refund.

If I return a product, are the shipment costs reimbursed?

Your credit card will be credited with the amount relative to the products purchased. Shipment costs , if applied, will not be reimbursed.
